If you are receiving your first RoomPro System, you should hear from the Implementation team about setting up an installation and user training Webinar. However, this Quick Guide will give you the tools to get a system installed and working on your own. 

Step 1: Installation

Your RoomPro System should come with most of the parts you need for installation. The RoomPro Installation Guide includes all of the information you will need to perform an installation.  

Depending on the type of system you purchased, all systems except the Mobile require an electrician to install a single-gang power outlet either in the ceiling on the lid (RoomPro ONE), or on the wall (RoomPro ONE ST). 

What you will need:

• For ONE & ONE ST (not with CENTRO): If you are flush mounting the control panel into a wall (drywall or panel), you will need an LV-4 (4 gang mudring) or 4-gang wall adapter (from your local electrician supply or hardware store)
• For ONE & ONE ST (not with CENTRO): If you are surface mounting the control panel on a concrete wall, you will need a RoomPro Surface Mount Adapter (available from your RoomPro sales representative). You will also need raceway for your Cat5 cabling. 
• For CENTRO using ONE or ONE ST: If you are installing a RoomPro CENTRO System, the control panel will be mounted on the cart and does NOT require a mounting adapter. 

Step 2: Programming

Your RoomPro Panel is not yet programmed to control the projector you will be using. Programming is done via the Virtual Control Panel software on any PC or MAC computer. Follow this guide for programming. 

What you will need:

1. Latest VCP Software
2. Global Management System Login (call Support or submit a ticket if you do not have one)
3. Internet-Connected Computer (MAC or PC)
4.  VGA cable

Step 3: Usage and Administration

Now that your RoomPro System is installed, programmed and working well, you can explore all of the features in the Global Management System
